Location: Egham, Surrey, UK Salary: £32,019.23 + annual bonus Opening Date: 31/03/2017 Closing Date: 30/04/2017 Pro-actively work with Industry Leaders and Managing Partners in Gartner Consulting Manufacturing vertical to drive demand generation and accelerate/retain existing client opportunities. Focus effort to accelerate opportunities quickly through sales cycle. Provide market and client intelligence to assist in targeting and segmenting prospects. Design and execute demand generation campaigns and programs. Responsibilities: Generate high number of new opportunities and ensure the effective handover of accounts to the Manufacturing Industry Lead and Managing Partners: Act as main point of contact and principal co-ordinator of incoming leads from Sales from events and campaigns for the Manufacturing Industry. Proactively works with Managing Partners to identify and target appropriate clients. Effectively qualifies leads using custom analytics, Client Relationship Management (CRM) data, predictive marketing data and client engagement activities in order drive sales to existing accounts or new potential customers. Follows up on qualified leads. Maintains accurate customer contact and opportunity data in CRM. Provide multiple levels of support for all Gartner Corporate Events and non-corporate events Project management, including logistics, marketing and communication, lead tracking and on-site support. Drives client/prospect attendance and engagement at 4 to 5 BOLT events annually. Works with Sales to ensure that the appropriate clients and prospects are invited. Facilitates interactions between Managing Partners and clients at events. Gathers information about clients’ enterprise-wide issues during face-to-face interactions at events and provides Managing Partners with the insight needed to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide clients with the decision support needed to achieve their business goals. Provide an up-to-date searchable database of Consulting engagements within Manufacturing client accounts to be utilised in the pursuit of new business proposal writing Work with the BOLT and Events pursuit teams to ensure client data is available to underpin their marketing initiative Be the go-to source for Manufacturing references and case studies Provide visibility to leadership, BOLT management and BOLT Team of strategy, weekly activities and regular updates on progress Assist in the monthly and quarterly dashboard report Participates in the strategic planning process to enhance Consulting product positioning, solutions, and marketing efforts Works with Consulting leadership team to develop and execute campaigns to drive business in Tier 1 and 2 accounts Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field. 5+ years marketing communications or demand generation experience, preferably selling technology products or services to global organizations in Manufacturing industry. 2 years experience marketing high value proposals and solutions. Experience in international conference execution preferred. Highly adept at considering clients’ larger business and strategic challenges in an enterprise-wide context and how they might be addressed through Gartner offerings. Skilled in explaining the benefits of Gartner products and services to potential clients, in a manner that creates further product curiosity.
