About this role: The Research Engagement Services Team deliver world class service, and help Gartner clients answer their most pressing business and technology related questions. This is a business critical role within a high performing team where consistent excellence will lead to increased responsibility and career development opportunities. What you’ll do: You will use cutting edge technology to process and schedule Client requests for Gartner Analyst’s time, ensuring the appropriate Analyst is aligned with the requested engagement. Provide the Analyst with detailed insight in advance of the client/prospect/vendor engagement to ensure they are prepared and set up for success. With the full range of Gartner resources available to you including published research, podcasts, and Analysts, you will become a subject matter expert of the content area assigned to you. To increase your effectiveness in the role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Client Partner Group and Vendor/Analyst Relations community across the organization. Resolve complex client situations using established Gartner processes, and where possible, use your initiative to suggest process improvements and innovations. What you’ll need: A minimum of two years Customer Service experience within a corporate environment Excellent verbal & written communication skills, additional languages desirable A demonstrable ability to solve complex problems Total ownership mindset, and willing to go the extra mile IT industry background preferable, but not essential A desire to learn and pick up new concepts Ambition.
