A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Gartner for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join out Events team here at our Egham office. We are looking for a creative and articulate Comms manager to create, deliver and execute a world-class, multi-audience, multi-channel and globally consistent communications plan in support of Gartner Corporate Events and Incentives Team. Accountabilities:- Produce, manage and deliver a multi-audience, multi-channel communications plan in support of Gartner’s Corporate Events including( but not exclusive to) the Regional Gartner Winners Circle and Club300 Events Create and copy-edit content to produce compelling information for associates, qualifiers and their guests for the following (but not exclusive) platforms: email, newsletters, websites, apps, digital and print Create and manage a communications schedule, prioritizing and following timelines and processes Work closely with the global teams to ensure cultural language and considerations are made to ensure communications plans are engaging and relevant for associates. Work with the team to determine the versions of email communications that we send to our attendees. Develop close working relationships with both internal and external partners. Share the vision for the attendee communication journey and communicate all key priorities Management of GWC Website/App content ensuring it is up to date and relevant. Research and propose enhancements to Website/App Management of all Print material for GWC Production of all GWC website, partner website and email communication content Responsibility for the set-up and maintenance of the GWC presentations repository Responsible for communications and admin relating to the global budgets Expected Results:- Flawless delivery of communication projects (copy editing, communication campaigns, timeline management) Demonstration of high level of creativity in approach to delivering communications Build and maintain excellent working relationships with the Website, APP team, Designers and Printers Engagement of external partners, suppliers and local teams Achievement of financial objectives Key Contacts:- Internal Partners Corporate Events team, Sales Communications team External Partners Website and APP Development Teams; Print vendors; Designers Professional Experience:- 5 Years Marketing/ Communications Experience Project Management Experience Copy Editing Experience Confident and proven budget management abilities Key Competencies:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal that will provide the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels. Creativity is a must. Must be self-motivated, articulate, and creative and possess excellent verbal and written communications skills. Copy editing, writing and proofing experience necessary. Competent Project Manager - ability to multi-task and work in a quick changing environment while effectively prioritizing Effective at building relationships with internal and external clients. Excellent organizational skills and an ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Effective collaboration with colleagues around the world. Fully competent in Microsoft office, especially PPT Ability to travel Exceptional customer service skills and an understanding and appreciation of technology
