About this Role: The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for supporting the Recruiting Program Office initiatives specifically the Associate Referral Program. The Talent Sourcer is primarily responsible for engaging with and screening associate referrals. This is inclusive of: conducting phone interviews, development and maintenance of CRM (Avature) system used for recruiting purposes, recruiting events, targeted campaigns for talent as it relates to the above programs, and other duties as assigned by leadership. What you’ll do: High touch customer support for referrals, associates, and the recruiting team Process daily referral submissions and engage with referral talent including scheduling and conducting referral candidate phone screens Assess talent based on role requirements Assist with maintaining the CRM system and Referral Program mailbox Partner with colleagues on the recruiting team to organize, track, and update referrals Follow up and follow through with candidates, associates, and the recruiting team Assist with coordinating internal recruiting events and lead generation activities for talent at Gartner Ad hoc projects as needed Support of all Recruiting Programs and Sourcing Team initiatives globally #LI-SB1 Job Requirements: What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience required Strong communication and candidate assessment skills Who you are: Effective and professional communicator Creative thinker and problem solver Builder of networks Social media savvy What we offer: A seat to the table to help drive peak performance in a growing, people business.
