Primary Responsibilities: • Support Director with the management and flawless operational delivery of world class attendee experiences across Winners Circle and Club 300 events • Support in the production of space allocations, venue specs, get in schedules, venue communications and IT requirements • Support the management of venue budgets - close monitoring of expenses, alerting management about risks and deviations to plan • Management of Winners Circle site visits schedules with hotels and DMCs • Management of the Winners Circle Travel team, ensuring accurate analysis for flight patterns, risk and budgets. • Management of the Visa process for Winners (where applicable) • Support in the destination research and contracting for future Winners Circle destinations • Lead, communicate, and collaborate across external partners & internal staff - inspire confidence & excitement, and be a guardian of the event brand to ensure seamless delivery of the overall experience, event vision, and objectives • Actively participate in the process of enhancing event features and activities across the attendee experience and journey • Constantly evaluate the experience, feedback and results, and implement changes accordingly Key Contacts: Internal Contacts • Operating Committee Assistants, Finance, IT, Gartner Associates External Contacts • Registration Suppliers, Venues contacts Expected Results: • Flawless client experience • Build and maintain excellent working relationships • Global operational effectiveness (Scalable and Consistent processes) • Engagement of external partners and local teams • Achievement of financial objectives #LI-LM2 Job Requirements: Job requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • 5+ Years Event Operations Experience • Proven Venue Management Experience • Proven Registration Experience • Proven Budget Management Abilities • Project Management Experience • Contract Negotiation and Supplier Management/Review • Competent Project Manager • Strong Client focused/ Customer Service Skills • Strong Organizational Skills • Fully competent in Microsoft office, especially Excel • Strong Oral & Written Communication Skills • Solution oriented • High sense of urgency • Collaborative • Decisive • Financial Management Skills #LI-LM2
