Are you a driven Proposal Manager with strong writing skills and the desire to develop your career in a high growth company with outstanding career opportunities? The European Proposal Manager role with be based out of our EghamEMEA HQ and will have primary responsibility for EMEA government proposals , as well as supporting proposals for other governments and commercial organisations worldwide. Key accountabilities include: - Leading proposal development by creating schedules, conducting meeting and driving projects to successful completion. - Responsible for analysing RFP/ Bid requirements to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to the clients’ needs and issues. - Partner with Sales stakeholders and Associates to facilitate the development of the Sales strategy as it relates to the deal in hand, and write strategic, client-focused proposals. - Support global initiatives such as the development of content libraries, tools and templates. What are we looking for? - A proven track record of proposal writing, management or development experience. - Ideally have expertise with government tenders in the UK and across Europe. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Experience working with Microsoft Word, Power Point and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat. - Proven track record working for a technology company desirable. - Multi-lingual skills a plus.
