Marketing Manager, Integrated Programs

Primary Responsibilities • Create and implement annual marketing strategies to drive sponsor acquisition and retention across entire EMEA & APAC portfolio • Execute end-to-end exhibit sales campaigns and activities to help meet sponsor revenue targets • Manage lead generation/nurturing activities (VIP Day/webinars) to enhance the prospect/sponsor experience. • Serve as marketing lead/point of contact within the EMEA/APAC event sales team; help define, establish and grow event brand and value proposition within the industry • Support sponsor sales team as needed throughout selling cycle • Work collaboratively to establish processes and controls to facilitate the consistent and timely implementation of prospecting campaigns including VIP Days and webinars • Update/create sales collateral – sell sheets, brochures, PPTs and related sales tools • Ensure that tools/marketing materials are globally consistent and align with branding guidelines • Manage internal and external creative support staff in the development of print and/or electronic communications (ensure materials are up to date on server, intranet, and gartner.com.) • Conduct pre-event attendee surveys to provide data for sales pre-calls; renewals and VIP program • Work with database team to identify appropriate list vendors, rent lists, and manage their use, ensuring lawful usage and proper suppressions • Produce post-event reports • Marketing analysis of activities to gauge ROI • Drive video projects to support marketing of EMEA/APAC events • Ensure event websites are updated for prospective sponsor audience and optimized to support lead generation activities • Manage logistics involved in VIP Day scheduling and onsite execution • Update/produce sales collateral and coordinate shipment of marketing materials for sales suite to support the event sales team at events • Drive development of marketing materials to support new events/products • Manage the EMEA & APAC sponsor marketing budget for each event and related administrative duties associated with invoice processing/procurement • Work with logistics to define sponsorship packages and create new MPO’s • Aim for continuous improvement to existing processes • Complete additional projects as required and support corporate goals related to events • Travel to events is required (30%) #LI-POST Job Requirements: Job Requirements • BS/BA Marketing, Communications or related field • At least three years B-to-B marketing experience • Exceptional time management and organization skills are required including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines • Must be a team player able to interact respectfully and collaborate with staff at all levels of the organization • Strong written and verbal communications skills and copywriting/editing/proofreading experience • Direct / e-mail marketing; List/database management • Understanding of graphic design/print production processes • Understanding of the IT industry and key market forces • Financial/budget management experience • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Adobe) Location – Office based in Egham (close to Staines train station)
