About the role Gartner legal team is growing and looking to recruit a Paralegal associate for our team based in Munich. In this role you would work closely with Gartner Turkey sales teams, supporting domestic and international agreements. Job Description Provide Paralegal support for the Corporate Counsel´s Office, including correspondence, commercial registry, signature authorities Control, prepare and maintain domestic and international agreements, including organizing files, keeping track of status, obtaining signatures, acting as liaison and coordinating the resolution of material changes Administrate and update relevant lists for overviews and assistance of Legal department; Execution of administrative processes, Administrative correspondence internal and external Contribute to integration efforts for any corporate acquisitions as needed organize and maintain corporate minute books and other corporate records Obtain good standing and tax clearance certificates when necessary Review and analyze legal invoices Support Business units in giving legal guidance through Sales cycle. Main point of contact for pre- and final approvals, contract negotiations and further client contract related issues for Research, Consulting, Events Manage maintenance of all client contracts in Content Management System. Contribute to Negotiator Playbook as well as centralized Onboarding Materials. Support Risk Management process. Actively update a pipeline based on list of existing contracts and the forecasts regarding expiring contracts. Alignment with other team functions.
