Job Description The recruiter is responsible for coordinating the logistics and execution of campus/university recruitment efforts in alignment with the campus recruiting strategy. This position represents the front-line contact at assigned universities for all matters relating to recruiting and acts as a recruiting ‘consultant’ to ensure that the overall effort is successful at attracting the best and brightest students. Recruiters must be team players who use their expertise on recruiting matters to add value to the process by working closely with the business, candidates, and colleagues within the Campus Recruiting function and specific Business Units requesting these needs. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure that an appropriate level of priority is given to the recruiting effort at assigned universities Work in close partnership to: ensure that appropriate marketing and advertising is coordinated in line with other university efforts and strategy; realize synergies and efficiencies to achieve a unified recruiting approach, as well as, a team-oriented approach to problem solving Work with recruiting coordinators to ensure accurate and timely booking for all recruiting events Seek and consider a diverse pool of candidates to the greatest extent possible and conduct candidate assessments Best-practices (recruiting) sharing with other members of the campus recruiting team Accurate tracking of candidate pool in CRM and ATS systems according to outlined processes ensuring accuracy in candidate management in each database Adherence to global recruiting processes inclusive of interview process and offer process Ensure that appropriate marketing and advertising is coordinated in line with firm-wide efforts and strategy; realize synergies and efficiencies to achieve a unified recruiting approach as well as a team-oriented approach to problem solving Develop relationships with university officials to assist in overall insight and activities at each assigned school Attend events/functions to assist in branding, enhancing awareness of Gartner, pre-qualifying talent pools Develop innovative and creative ways to attract the best and brightest diverse candidates and increase our competitive advantage on campus Provide feedback to improve, simplify, coordinate and enhance campus recruiting processes and procedures Facilitate hiring decisions and communicate decisions to stakeholders and candidates Ensure all job requisitions and postings are in compliance with affirmative action posting standards (e.g., contain Basic Qualifications) Search talent pools for candidates. Review and screen applicants Assist with event attendance for diversity events in the European regions Help to promote associate referral program and quality talent across the European offices Partner with the Recruiting Programs Team on other initiatives as directed by leadership #LI-SB1 Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree Recruiting or Campus Recruiting experience preferred Knowledge of Gartner and/or Technology is a plus Strong Relationship Building Skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, a must MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and overall computer proficiency Travel Required (30-40%)
